Refund policy

At CLAY, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

1. returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery (in accordance with EU consumer rights).

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Personalized items (e.g. with your own label) cannot be exchanged.

2. refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will inform you by e-mail.

Authorized refunds will be made via the original payment method used(Klarna, PayPal or credit card).

Repayments can take 5-10 working days depending on the bank/payment provider.

3. exchange

An exchange is possible if the desired item is available.

If this is not the case, a refund will be made.

4. shipping costs

Return costs shall be borne by the customer (except in the case of faulty or damaged products).

We recommend shipment tracking to ensure receipt.

5. exceptions

Returns and refunds are excluded:

Reduced/SALE items.

Underwear or hygiene articles.

Personalized products.
